Hardwood is ideal for seat cushions – due to its stability, workability, availability, natural appearance and, above all, its insulating properties. METAL WITH PLASTIC COATING – durable coverings for benches and chests

If you’re looking for a particularly timeless and durable material for your seat covers, you’ll find it here: the metal frame is thickly coated with a special plastic derived from the automotive industry. The plastic coating is elastic, UV-resistant and tear-resistant, making it particularly suitable for public spaces. Further information is available here:

THERMO ASH – heat-treated timber with a dark colour

The term ‘thermo-treated timber’ refers to timber that has been heat-treated under specific conditions. The timber – in our case, ash – is first dried to 0% moisture content and then heated to over 160°C in an oxygen-deprived environment for 24 to 48 hours. This ensures that the timber becomes more resistant to rot and, in addition to its initial chocolate-brown colour, develops numerous other beneficial properties. RESYSTA® – durable natural fiber composite

Garden furniture slats made from the RESYSTA® natural fiber composite look and feel just like natural tropical wood. However, they outperform their natural counterparts—including those of tropical origin—in almost every respect, particularly regarding resistance to graying and weathering, and thus overall durability.
