Corten steel develops its characteristic rust-brown patina when exposed to the elements. We use weather-resistant structural steel of grade S355J2W+N for this purpose. Stainless steel has a brighter appearance and a more understated, technical look. For garden features, we prefer Rotex-polished surfaces, as minor signs of wear and fingerprints are less noticeable.

Depending on the product, color-coated finishes according to RAL or DB standards are also available. Which surface is more suitable therefore depends primarily on the design, surroundings, and desired material effect.

Yes. As the patina develops, rust water and rust particles may run off the surface.

For light-colored patio slabs, natural stone, exposed concrete, or facades, it is therefore important to consider during the planning phase where rainwater will run off the privacy screen. Depending on the installation situation, a strip of gravel, sufficient clearance, or targeted drainage may be advisable.

Yes. In addition to existing designs, we can also manufacture VISTA feature walls with custom designs based on a suitable template.
