Large volume and high quality water storage tank

With our high-quality and extra-large rain barrel AQUA COLLECT made of solid metal, you can water your garden sufficiently even in dry summers. After all, the largest barrel holds up to 800 liters of rainwater! The rain barrel is connected to the rain collector at the back, the water outlet is through a matching brass faucet. The interior of the barrels are coated with black interior coating, so that the water remains clean, even with the Corten steel variant. To protect against leaves and other dirt, the rain barrel is covered with a lid with stainless steel handle.

Round and semicircular

Our high-quality rain barrels are available in a classic round shape, in a semicircular shape for special garden situations or in a space-saving square shape. The round garbage cans with 800 liters or 500 liters have the most volume. The semicircular variant offer you a capacity of 500 liters, and the square – 700 liters.

The inner coating is UV-stable, the top edge is beveled all around for more stability and as a support for the lid. The faucet is placed high enough to comfortably place a watering can under it.

AQUA COLLECT is available as a rainwater barrel made of Corten steel, stainless steel, or with a color-coated finish. This allows the surface to be coordinated with other metal objects, the building facade, or the outdoor design. The Corten steel version develops a characteristic rusted patina, while the stainless steel version offers a much more understated look.
Storage capacities vary depending on the model. The round AQUA COLLECT rain barrel holds around 800 liters in its largest standard version. Variants with integrated storage space have a smaller water capacity due to the partitioned section. For semi-circular models, too, the capacity depends on height and features.
A semi-circular rain barrel requires less depth, making it particularly suitable for placement against a house wall, garage, or property boundary. AQUA COLLECT is also available in versions featuring a recess for the downpipe, allowing the rain barrel and downpipe to be positioned closer together.
The rainwater inlet is located at the rear. The rain barrel is equipped with a 3/4" female threaded connection for a rain collector (to be provided on-site). The rain collector is installed in the downpipe and directs the water into the rain barrel. The choice of suitable collector depends on factors such as the downpipe diameter and the desired filtering functions.
With a Corten steel rain barrel, standing water should not remain in direct, prolonged contact with the metal. That is why AQUA COLLECT rain barrels feature a black, waterproof internal coating. This separates the stored rainwater from the metal surface and—in the Corten steel version—prevents the water from becoming discolored by rust particles.

A pressure-boosting option is available for using a garden hose. This involves integrating a pump into the rain barrel to generate the necessary pressure when water is drawn. This feature is useful if you intend to use the stored rainwater for more than just filling a watering can.
Selected models feature an access door located beneath the tap. This creates a separate storage area behind it—for a watering can, for example. Due to this storage space, the available water capacity is reduced compared to a rain barrel without a separate storage section.
With Corten steel, rust particles can detach from the surface, particularly while the rust patina is developing. The installation site should therefore be planned to ensure that rainwater and rust-stained runoff can drain away in a controlled manner. This is especially important to consider if there are sensitive floor surfaces around the rain barrel.
By design, the tap is positioned above the bottom of the barrel, meaning not all the remaining water can be drained through it. An optional additional drain plug is therefore available at the rear. This allows water located below the standard outlet to be drained as well—for instance, when preparing for winter.
