Elegant water bowls

High-quality water bowls for gardens, parks, courtyards or public places can be used to create effective water features and considerably increase the quality of stay of a place. Green spaces with standing or flowing water invite you to linger, and gardens become real oases of tranquility thanks to our bowl fountains.

The water bowls are available in standard sizes from diameter ø600 mm to ø2,000 mm for standing or flowing water, made of weatherproof Corten steel with its typical rusty patina, or of shiny stainless steel for special installation situations. Special dimensions are possible upon customer request.

Water Tray Series - Technology

Gartenmetall® has the right water bowl model on offer for every location and every requirement. In the following, we will introduce you to the individual series. However, you are also welcome to request your very own water bowl. Since we manufacture ourselves, special designs are always possible.
We offer a classic water bowl for standing water with the VERONA model series. As a simple design element in the garden, it is especially popular with our feathered friends for quenching their thirst or bathing.

Rome

as a spring fountain without overflow

If you prefer a bowl with overflow, then our models from the series ROM are interesting for you. Here you have the choice of one, two or more water bowls. The water ripples down from bowl to bowl, is collected in the water collection vessel and pumped back up from here.

Florence

for standing water

If standing water is not enough for you, you can choose a water bowl as a spring fountain. The models of the FLORENZ series are designed without overflow. The water flows back in the inlet and overflow pipe into the water collection vessel, which is buried under the bowl, and from here it is transported upwards by a pump.

ROM Series

as a spring fountain with overflow

If you are preparing a bowl with überlauf, then our models from the Series ROM are interesting for you. Here you have the choice between one, two or three water bowls in graduated sizes. Thanks to the drip edge, the water flows down from bowl to bowl in a uniform film, is collected in the water collection vessel and pumped back up from here. At the source outlet, the LED lighting für a schöne mood.

TURIN model series

as spring well with inlet pipe

The model series TURIN restricts itself again to a bowl – depending on preference and installation situation with or without Überlauf. Here, the water supply is üvia a bent stainless steel inlet pipe, which is attached to the side of the base of the bowl. The fountain creates a höhere sound backdrop compared to the pure bowl fountains.

MODENA model range

Water feature with integrated overflow and natural stones

New in the range is a the model series MODENA, a combination of several water bowls arranged as a cascade. The water is pumped by pond pump into the top shell. From here it pours into the bowls below until the water is collected back into the basin. The bowls stand on stainless steel pipes, which are covered with drilled-through stones. As a special model, MODENA is also available with a inlet pipe RAURIS, üover which the water flows into the topmost bowl.

RIVA model range

Mushroom shaped water bowl - with and without decorative stones

The visually probably most unusual model comes from the model series RIVA. Here, the bowl seems to be optically upside down, virtually in the shape of a mushroom. The water flows from the inlet with source stone lighting über the downward gewölbte bowl and is collected in the GRP basin. From here it is pumped back up via a pond pump. RIVA is available in a low form or upändert with two decorative stones.

Accessories for spring fountain AQUA BOWL

Fountain nozzles and bubbler

Standard mäßige is a LED lighting attached to the source outlet. This can be replaced by various fountain endüsen: The LAWA fountain creates a water bell, the VULKAN fountain sprays water vigorously into the air. The bubbler provides a bubbling and foamy water image. Due to the intense swirling with air, the water is supplied with plenty of oxygen.

Supplement to the water collection vessel

For quick alignment of the shells, we offer a plastic ring on which the lowest shell sits. If the GRP pool is to be placed at ground level, we recommend the optical cladding with a metal ring, which can be selected in the material to match the shells.

The water feature with foam bubbler for round and rectangular fountain troughs can be made even more eye-catching with the right lighting, even in the dark. The lighting kid is ideal for fountain systems in the home garden, but also for spring fountains in public spaces. The height of the fountain depends on the pump used.

Application and care instructions

for corten steel fountain

For water bowls made of Corten steel, it is to be expected that, especially in the first few years, the water can take on a rusty brown color – until a stable barrier layer has formed on the metal surface. Corten steel water bowls that are not emptied at least once a week and are not allowed to dry completely on a regular basis will rust through like normal metal. Our spring fountains AQUA BOWL are therefore all designed so that when the water supply is turned off, all the water drains into the buried water collection vessel. Nevertheless, the use of a timer is recommended for continuous operation, so that the bowl can dry completely at least once a week. Wasserschalen mit 3-fach Tropfkante

für perfekten Wasserfalleffekt

Bewährt hat sich dieser Quellbrunnen mit Wasserschalen schon lange, darum hat Gartenmetall® noch eins draufgesetzt! Der Schalenbrunnen AQUA BOWL ROM hat zu den bisherigen Schalen jetzt noch eine dritte dazu bekommen. Das heißt, dass hier noch mehr Wasser von Schale zu Schale fließt und für tolle Perleffekte sorgt. Das kühle Nass wird vom bodeneben eingegrabenen Wassersammelgefäß nach oben gepumpt und quillt dort über das Einlaufrohr in die höchste Schale. Der Wasseraustritt wird durch eine LED-Beleuchtung richtig in Szene gesetzt. Das Wasser fließt dann über den Schalenrand mit spezieller Tropfkante in die nächstgrößere und nächsttiefere Schale, bis es sich am Schluss wieder im GFK-Becken sammelt.
