DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

We only dispatch insured shipments via parcel delivery services or freight forwarders. Delivery to parcel lockers is not possible.

Please refer to the shopping basket for the applicable delivery times once you have selected your products. These are calculated based on the goods selected and our current capacity utilisation.

Our shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping basket based on the goods ordered and are displayed there as binding charges for delivery addresses in Germany. Please note that, for deliveries to islands and mountain stations, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs.

Please note that, where the longest side of the pallet measures less than 2,400 mm, the goods will be delivered kerbside. The goods will then be unloaded from the lorry, for example using a tail lift. If the pallet dimensions exceed 2,400 mm, it is not possible to use a "small" lorry with a tail lift. In this case, delivery will be made to the edge of the lorry and the goods must be unloaded by the customer on site. Important: Please make sure you arrange for unloading!

If the weight of the order is less than 30 kg and the permitted parcel dimensions are not exceeded, we will dispatch the products using a parcel delivery service. A flat parcel delivery charge of €9.00 for Germany and Austria will automatically be added to the shopping basket. Higher charges apply to all other European countries, up to a maximum of €39.00.

Unfortunately, next-day deliveries cannot be arranged via the online shop. Please contact us by telephone if you require this service.

You are also welcome to collect your ordered goods from our premises in Nürtingen. Please note that the stated delivery times also apply to collections. Once your goods are ready, we will notify you by email and arrange a collection appointment.

Delivery to a parcel locker is not possible. In the case of deliveries to mountain locations or islands, we reserve the right to charge any additional delivery costs separately upon presentation of the relevant supporting documentation.

Shipping Group 1: Germany

For orders within Germany, shipping is free for net order values of more than €1,500. For deliveries with a lower order value, we charge a flat freight forwarding fee of €95.00 plus VAT for goods shipped by freight forwarder. For net order values of more than €1,500, the freight forwarding charge does not apply.

Shipping Group 2: Switzerland, Luxembourg & Alsace (regions of France close to the border)

For orders to Switzerland, Luxembourg and Alsace or other regions of France close to the border, shipping is free for net order values of more than CHF 2,500 or €2,500 respectively. For deliveries with a lower order value, we charge CHF 120 / €120 plus VAT for goods shipped by freight forwarder and CHF 39 / €39 plus VAT for parcel deliveries up to 30 kg.

Shipping Group 3: France (regions further from the border), Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Slovenia, the Czech Republic & Denmark

For orders to France (excluding Alsace and regions close to the German border) and other countries neighbouring Germany, shipping is free for net order values of more than €3,500. For deliveries with a lower order value, we charge €250 plus VAT for goods shipped by freight forwarder and €39 plus VAT for parcel deliveries up to 30 kg.

The following conditions apply:

• Delivery to the edge of the lorry for pallets measuring 2,400 mm or more in length. (The customer must arrange and carry out the unloading of the goods from the lorry on site.)
• Kerbside delivery for pallets measuring less than 2,400 mm in length. (The goods are unloaded from the lorry by the freight forwarder, for example using a tail lift at the rear of the lorry.)

Advance Payment:

Simply pay by bank transfer, free of charge, directly after placing your order. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed. The stated delivery time therefore applies from the date payment is received. You will automatically receive our bank details by email after placing your order. To enable our system to allocate your bank transfer automatically, please enter your order number as the payment reference.

PayPal:

PayPal allows you to pay for your order conveniently, securely and quickly. After completing your purchase, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal website. Simply log in using your account details and, after just a few clicks, the process will be complete and we will receive immediate confirmation of your payment.

Klarna:

Amazon Pay:

Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to make purchases in our shop using the payment and delivery information stored in your Amazon account. There is no need to create an additional account. This saves you time and effort and allows you to get to your favourite products more quickly.
